Yes. Redsafe's safety personnel are registered with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMO) and hold NEBOSH qualifications.

Yes. Redsafe has an in-house ECSA-registered Lifting Machinery Inspector (LMI), and lifting plans form part of its installation scopes.

Redsafe's welders and procedures are qualified to ASME IX, ISO 9606-1 / ISO 15614-1, AWS D1.1 / D1.6 and API 1104. Materials welded include carbon steel, stainless, duplex and super duplex, nickel alloys (Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy, Monel), Cr-Mo alloy steels (P11, P22, P91) with preheat and PWHT, titanium, copper-nickel and aluminium.

Quality Control Pack data books with inspection and test plans, NDT reports and hydro-test logs; welding to qualified WPS/PQR; Mill Test Certificates tracked from intake to installation; positive material identification on steel, piping and flanges; and Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) sign-off where the work requires it.

Yes. Redsafe supplies mild steel, wear-resistant and stainless plate in stock sizes or cut to size and profiled to drawings, with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates. Cutting is by CNC plasma, oxy-fuel and laser, with guillotine and saw cutting for straight cuts and sections.

Yes. Redsafe prepares risk assessments, HSE files, audits and ISO 45001-aligned management systems, places HSE officers on site and investigates incidents, either alongside its own scopes or as a standalone service.
