- 01 Plan
The critical path, first.
Work packages, crews, materials and permits are planned against the shutdown window before the plant stops.
- 02 Isolate
Locked out. Tagged.
The plant is shut down, isolated and locked out under the site's permit-to-work system before any work starts.
- 03 Execute
Around the clock.
Mechanical, structural and piping crews work the scope in parallel, on dual-crew 24-hour shifts where the window demands it.
- 04 Close out
Packages signed.
Each work package is inspected and signed off, and isolations are removed in a controlled sequence.
- 05 Restart
Flow restored.
The plant is reinstated and brought back on line, with Redsafe's HSE function on the same scope.
- 06 Report
Documented.
Close-out records are handed over. On a power station analyzer turnaround, the handover window was cut by 18 hours.
