Every task is assessed, rated for likelihood and severity, and brought down to an acceptable residual risk before work starts.
- 03 Appointments & competence
The right people, on paper.
Statutory appointment letters, competence certificates and medical fitness are checked for every appointee and worker.
- 04 Audit
Checked against specification.
The file is audited line by line against the client's H&S specification and the law. Gaps are closed out before mobilisation.
- 05 Approval
Signed off.
The client or its health and safety agent approves the file. Work can start, and the file stays live on site.
- 06 On site
Kept current to handover.
SACPCMO-registered, NEBOSH-qualified HSE officers keep the file, inspections and registers current until the project closes out.

Every project footprint gets a dedicated HSE manager with refinery shutdown and heavy-mining turnaround experience. Before any heavy lift, structural rigging or high-pressure tie-in, baseline and issue-specific risk analyses are run to engineer hazards out of the work.
