- Fire Systems
Fire protection, engineered end to end.
Turnkey fire system engineering for commercial and industrial property: assessment, design, installation and maintenance of sprinkler, suppression and detection systems.
Designed for
the worst day.
- 01 Design
Engineered to the hazard.
Head layout, spacing, pipe sizes and hydraulic calculations are matched to the occupancy and risk, in line with ASIB, NFPA and the National Building Regulations.
- 02 Install & charge
Installed, filled, waiting.
Mains, branch lines and pendant heads are installed and the wet-pipe system is charged with water under pressure, ready at every head.
- 03 Fire
Heat rises to the ceiling.
Hot gases collect under the roof. Each head's glass bulb is a heat-sensitive element, rated to operate at a set temperature.
- 04 Activation
Only the heads that need to.
The bulb shatters, the seal drops and water discharges onto the fire. Heads operate individually, so only those over the fire open.
- 05 Control
Flow, alarm, control.
Water flow trips the alarm valve and flow switch, the alarm sounds and the fire pump maintains pressure while the fire is controlled.
- 06 Maintain
Ready for the next time.
Operated heads are replaced, the system is restored, and routine inspection and maintenance keep it compliant.
Assessed, designed,
installed, maintained.
- Systems
- Wet · dry · pre-action · deluge · foam · water mist
- Also
- Suppression and smoke detection
- Standards
- In line with ASIB, NFPA and the National Building Regulations
- Lifecycle
- Assessment · design · installation · maintenance
From inspection to maintenance.
One team responsible for the system across its life, so design intent, installation and maintenance stay aligned.
- 01 · Assess
Inspect
Complete inspection of the property and existing systems against legislative requirements.
- 02 · Design
Engineer
Specifications, plans, layouts, schematics and hydraulic calculations for a system matched to the risk.
- 03 · Install
Install
Installation in line with ASIB, NFPA and the National Building Regulations.
- 04 · Maintain
Maintain
Ongoing maintenance to keep systems compliant and ready to operate.
Six system types, matched to the hazard.
| System | Principle |
|---|---|
| Wet pipe | Pipes permanently charged with water; heads discharge individually on activation. |
| Dry pipe | Pipes charged with air or nitrogen; for areas exposed to freezing. |
| Pre-action | Detection must operate before water enters the pipework; protects sensitive spaces. |
| Deluge | Open heads discharge simultaneously across a zone on detection. |
| Foam | Foam concentrate added to water for flammable-liquid hazards. |
| Water mist | Fine droplets cool and suppress with reduced water use. |
Fire suppression systems
Suppression with integrated detection and alarm devices.
Smoke detection
Early-warning detection, integrated with sprinkler protection.
Custom fire protection
Systems designed around the specific risk of a commercial or industrial property.
