- 01 Foundation
A level start.
The plinth and anchor bolts are checked, and packers set the baseplate height before anything is lifted.
- 02 Set
Landed on the baseplate.
Pump and motor are lifted and set on the baseplate, levelled and anchored.
- 03 Grout
Locked in place.
The baseplate is grouted so the set sits solid on its foundation.
- 04 Align
Laser shaft alignment.
Laser heads on each shaft measure offset and angularity. Shims and moves bring the shafts into line within tolerance.
- 05 Commission
Run and checked.
The coupling is fitted, rotation is confirmed and the set is run up and checked as part of commissioning support.
- 06 Hand over
Documented.
Alignment reports and installation records go into the handover documentation.
